Savannah Quarters is located in Pooler, Georgia. It’s a unique community comprised of several builders and one central “club,” which serves as an amenity center for all.

The location is great! Outside the gates, you’ll find many stores, restaurants, and businesses, including the Tanger Outlets and the new Pooler Costco! It’s also about 10 minutes from the Savannah Hilton Head Airport and 20 minutes from historic Savannah.
Homes range from 1500 square feet to well over 3000 square feet. Builders include Logan, Dreamfinders, Mungo, Pulte, Lennar, and DR Horton. Custom home lots have sold out, but there are a few resales and quick move-in homes available. Prices start at the low $300,000 range. But, like with any builder, that is not your all-in price. Most builders do not include the lot premium or upgrades in that starting price, so call email us for a realistic all-in price.
The Club is centrally located in the community, and the 29,000 sq ft clubhouse serves as the focal point for the amenities center. You can choose a membership level. Levels include Recreational Membership, Sports Classic Membership, and Golf Membership.
The Savannah Quarters Club Pool includes a Junior Olympic size pool with seating and bar/snack service.
The Fitness Center includes cardio equipment, weights, a yoga studio, fitness classes, and even a personal trainer.
The Tennis club caters to tennis players of all levels.
Golf includes the Greg Norman golf course, practice facilities, and Troon Prive Privileges.
