Riverton Pointe, formerly known as Hampton Pointe, is a Toll Brothers community located just off of Argent Blvd in Hardeeville.
Riverton Pointe was first established in 2008 as Hampton Pointe. At that time, it was a sister community to Hampton Hall in Bluffton. With the housing crash, Toll Brothers postponed building in this community until it made sense to continue. In August of 2021, Toll Brothers began building again and changed the name to Riverton Pointe to signify a fresh start.
This idyllic new home community combines the natural beauty of the area with architecture styles that compliment the Lowcountry.
Riverton Pointe is a non-age restricted resort-style community surrounded by woods and lakes. It is amenity-rich, offers larger homesites, and has low HOAs when compared to similar communities. All-in prices (lot, homesite, and upgrades) start around $550,000.
